Launched: TCL 6 Android Tablets, TCL NxtWear Air Smart Glasses and TCL Book 14 Go Laptop

New devices from TCL have been introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2022. Six different tablets, a Windows laptop, plus virtual reality goggles have all been shown by the Chinese tech business.
New TCL tablets and laptops "offer instructive opportunities for learners of all ages," according to TCL's marketing materials. NxtWear Air, TCL's second-generation virtual reality (VR) headset, features two 1080p OLED panels and two stereo speakers with spatial audio. To make use of 4G LTE, the TCL laptops come with preinstalled Microsoft Windows 11.
The TCL NxtPaper 10s will be released in China and Europe later this month for $249, the company announced at CES 2022. (roughly Rs. 18,500). From Q1 2022, the TCL Tab 10L will be limited to specific markets for $99 (approximately Rs. 7,400).
However, the $129 TCL Tab 8 4G will be offered in Europe starting with the first quarter of 2022. (roughly Rs. 9.600).
To be released in Q1 of 2022, the three models will cost $89 (approximately Rs. 6,600), $149 (about Rs. 11,100) and $119 (nearly Rs. 8,900), respectively.
The Alcatel brand was introduced in India in January 2021. For $349 (about Rs. 26,000), TCL's new laptop, the TCL Book 14 Go, will be sold in certain regions from Q2 2022. TCL NxtWear Air VR glasses have not been priced or made readily available yet.
TCL NxtPaper 10s specifications
The TCL NxtPaper 10s tablet boasts a TUV-certified low blue light IPS display measuring 10.1 inches (1,200x1,920 pixels). TCL says that the TCL NxtPaper 10s display has a 50% reduction in blue light emission. T Pen pen, Folio keyboard, and Writing Board attachments are also supported by the TCL NxtPaper 10s.
With a MediaTek Helio P23 SoC and 4GB of RAM/64GB of inbuilt storage, The TCL NxtPaper 10s is equipped with a lot of processing power. In addition to an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. With a USB Type-C connection, This TCL tablet has an 8,000mAh battery and 18W rapid charging capabilities.
Available colors include Dark Grey and Ethereal Sky.
TCL Tab 10L and Tab 8 4G Specifications
10.1-inch HD display on the TCL Tab 10L. You get 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage that can be expanded via an SD card in the MediaTek MT8167B. The TCL Tab 10L has two 2-megapixel camera sensors on the front and back.
There is a 3.5mm headphone jack on the TCL tablet, which has a 4,080mAh battery. It'll be available in only one color: Prime Black.
TCL Tab 8 4G, has an 8-inch IPS display (800x1,280 pixels). It has a MediaTek MT8766B SoC, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded through a microSD card. It also has a fingerprint scanner.
There are two cameras on the front of the phone: one for taking selfies, and the other for taking photos using the primary rear sensor of the phone. Prime Black will be the only color available for TCL Tab 8 4G.
TCL Book 14 Go Specifications
In terms of display, the TCL Book 14 Go has a 14.1-inch (1,366x768 pixels) screen with a 60Hz refresh rate. Snapdragon 7c processor along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage makes the TCL Book 14 Go a powerhouse.
TCL Book 14 Go comes pre-installed with Windows 11. A 3.5mm headphone jack, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth v5.1 are all included in the phone's connectivity options. An entire day's work can be accomplished on a single charge of the laptop's battery. It has a thickness of 13.95 mm and a weight of 1.3 kg.
TCL's NxtWear Air Specifications
With a resolution of 47 pixels-per-degree, TCL NxtWear Air smart glasses have dual 1080p tiny OLED displays, 3D images along with a 60Hz refresh rate.
Double stereo speakers with spatial audio are included in the TCL NxtWear Air sports model. TCL Smartglasses can also be used to connect cable or wireless headphones.
With two interchangeable lenses, the TCL NxtWear Air smart glasses allow users to tailor their experience. A smartphone's USB Type-C port serves as both a connection and a power source for the TCL NxtWear Air.
The USB Type-C port on any tablet or laptop can also be used to connect it. Users can also utilize TCL smart glasses to play games when using Bluetooth controllers that are compatible. With the normal lens, they are approximately 75 grams in weight.
